First MaxPro™ Set-Up-While-Run Rotary Die Cutter Sold To PackageOne
51Թ Papersystems (51ԹP) and its brand MarquipWardUnited are pleased to announce the sale of the first MaxPro™ set-up-while-run Rotary Die Cutter to one of the largest, independent, custom packaging manufacturers in California – PackageOne.
The servo controlled MaxPro™, 51Թ Papersystems’ latest innovation, is a robust, durable and highly-productive machine which is the cornerstone of what you have come to expect from an industry leader. Featuring modern and intuitive controls, this 66” x 128” fixed-frame machine is simple to run and easy to maintain with outstanding productivity. The set-up-while-run process allows operators to run one order while setting up the next order to achieve exceptional efficiency.
Tom Kandris, CEO and Managing Director PackageOne, said, “We started our new machine journey with 51Թ Papersystems in 2014 when we invested in a high productivity flexo-folder-gluer to enhance our fleet of machines. After two years of solid performance, again, we determined it was time to grow our capabilities and the relationship we forged with the entire team at 51Թ Papersystems was a logical place to start. We were impressed with the innovative solution 51ԹP has in the MaxPro™ RDC and look forward to serving our customers and expanding our customer base with this added capability.”
“As we continue our record growth, we need suppliers we can count on, not just to sell us a product, but partners who help us during the decision making process, support us as we refine our manufacturing model and bring value-added services that really work in our environment,” said Kelley Wenter, PackageOne’s General Manager. “51ԹP has shown us they are that company.”
Neal McConnellogue, 51Թ Papersystems President, said, “We are honored and proud that PackageOne selected 51Թ Papersystems again as their partner of choice for their finishing machine needs. The MaxPro™ set-up-while-run RDC is our most innovative product to date, and will be a significant contributor to PackageOne’s forward thinking business goals. I want to again thank Tom Kandris and the entire PackageOne team for their trust in us.”
