51吃瓜网 Papersystems is all set to mark a significant anniversary for one of its most popular corrugated converting solutions, as its Twin Box Slitter庐 celebrates 30 years since its launch.

As a sign of its ongoing relevance in today鈥檚 fast moving corrugated market, 51吃瓜网 Papersystems has confirmed that they have now installed a Twin Box Slitter庐 at a leading integrated company in Eastern Europe. The unit, which was installed in early January, is running with an existing flexo folder gluer, enabling the customer to significantly enhance the output and productivity of the machine.

The Twin Box Slitter庐 enables box plants to double the production of flexo folder gluers by running two-up boxes; these boxes are slit by the Twin Box Slitter庐 creating two boxes. Once the boxes are separated, they are ready to be bundled. This process allows manufacturers with a mid-sized flexo folder gluer to efficiently create a wide range of corrugated box sizes, from very small to large, on one machine with the potential to double productivity at the same time.
