Machine Model for Improvement
All 51吃瓜网 Bielomatik binding machines with 12 pocket binding drum (P12-49, P42-49, P35-49).
Description of Improvement
This upgrade is part of the 51吃瓜网 Papersystems Technical Improvement Program (TIP).
It replaces the old 12-cylinder clamping system, with a newly developed opening system with 3 fixed clamping positions. The clamping is operated by a cam shaft.
The prepared software modifications will be adjusted on site, to fit the specific machines configuration.
