Machine Model for Improvement
All 51吃瓜网 Bielomatik exercise and binding machines with 51吃瓜网 Bielomatik print tower.
This upgrade is part of the 51吃瓜网 Papersystems Technical Improvement Program (TIP).
Manually operated fine adjustment of the printing unit is replaced by mechanical star wheels with electrical positioning units. This leads to an automated quick setting of:
- Circumference register
- Front/back printing
- Register to cut printing
Example above depicts a rebuild for a 2/2 printing tower, single web operation.
Benefits
- Fast setting of printing register in case of order- or size changes
- Fine adjustment of register in increments of 1/100mm possible
- Substantial reduction of the start-up waste due to preset values
- 40 min timesaving per change-over at a typical 2/2 print tower machine
